Some things are faster elsewhere
Use the Report button inside the conversation rather than emailing. It reaches the same people, but it brings the context with it and lands in a queue that is worked through deliberately. You can block at the same time, and the other person is never told.
Use forgotten password — it is immediate, and it works even if you no longer remember which email address you used, as long as you try the right one.
You can delete your account yourself at the bottom of your Matchprint page — it is immediate and permanent. For a copy of your data, or anything else under the Privacy Policy, email us and say so plainly.
