Sensitive Data Consent Notice
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
RealMatchForMe uses a personality and compatibility approach to dating. Some optional questions may concern subjects that are deeply personal or legally classified as “sensitive data” or “sensitive personal information.” This Notice explains how those answers may be used and requests affirmative consent where required.
IMPORTANT: Acceptance of the general Terms of Use is not intended to substitute for a separate sensitive-data consent where applicable law requires affirmative consent. The website should present a distinct consent control before collecting or processing the sensitive categories described below.

01What Information May Be Sensitive
Depending on the questionnaire features you choose to use, sensitive or highly personal information may include racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; sexual orientation; sex life or relationship-intimacy preferences; gender identity; mental or physical health information; disability-related information; citizenship or immigration status; precise geolocation; genetic information; biometric information used to identify a person; and other information treated as sensitive by applicable law.
RealMatchForMe may also treat political or civic viewpoints, deeply personal lifestyle choices, family-planning preferences, and certain compatibility inferences as heightened-sensitivity information even where a particular state law does not place every such category within its statutory definition of “sensitive data.”
02Why We Ask
RealMatchForMe may ask an optional sensitive question only when the answer is intended to support a specific dating, compatibility, preference, safety, verification, or account feature requested by the user.
We do not collect sensitive data merely because it may be interesting or commercially valuable. We seek to minimize collection and avoid secondary use that is incompatible with the purpose explained to the user.
For jurisdictions that impose a stricter necessity standard, including where applicable Maryland law requires sensitive-data processing to be strictly necessary to provide or maintain a requested product or service, RealMatchForMe will limit collection and processing accordingly.
03How Sensitive Data May Be Used
With your consent where required, RealMatchForMe may use sensitive answers to calculate compatibility indicators, identify shared values or preferences, filter or rank potential matches at your request, personalize a dating feature, enforce your stated deal-breakers or preferences where lawful, prevent fraud or abuse, or provide another feature clearly explained when the information is collected.
Where practical, RealMatchForMe may show a derived compatibility result to another member without revealing your underlying private answer.
04What RealMatchForMe Will Not Do
RealMatchForMe will not sell sensitive questionnaire information to data brokers.
RealMatchForMe will not provide private sensitive questionnaire answers to advertisers for their independent targeted marketing or profiling.
RealMatchForMe will not use dating-sensitive data to make employment, housing, lending, credit, insurance, healthcare eligibility, or other legally significant decisions about you.
RealMatchForMe will not intentionally provide identifiable private questionnaire responses to an unrelated general-purpose AI provider for that provider to independently train a general-purpose commercial model, unless a future practice is separately disclosed and lawfully consented to where required.
RealMatchForMe will not use sensitive data to unlawfully discriminate against users.
05Service Providers
RealMatchForMe may use contracted service providers to host, secure, process, analyze, or support the Service. A service provider may process limited sensitive data when reasonably necessary to perform the contracted service for RealMatchForMe.
Service providers should be subject to contractual confidentiality, security, purpose-limitation, deletion/return, and data-use restrictions appropriate to the information and applicable law.
06Automated Matching and AI
RealMatchForMe may use algorithms, statistical methods, rules-based systems, or artificial intelligence to analyze questionnaire responses and produce compatibility suggestions.
Automated matching is intended to help users discover potential dating compatibility. It is not a psychological diagnosis, background clearance, truth verification, or determination of a person’s legal rights.
Where applicable privacy law gives a consumer rights concerning certain profiling or automated decisions, RealMatchForMe will honor those rights to the extent the law applies to the processing at issue.
07Sensitive Data Is Voluntary Unless a Feature Truly Requires It
Most sensitive compatibility questions should be optional. You may skip an optional question rather than provide information you do not want to disclose.
If a specific feature cannot function without particular information, the website will identify that requirement before collection. Choosing not to provide the required information may mean that feature cannot be provided, but will not justify unrelated retaliation or unlawful discrimination.
08Consent
Where affirmative consent is required by law, RealMatchForMe will seek a clear, separate affirmative action rather than relying solely on general website use, silence, pre-checked boxes, or acceptance of unrelated terms.
Your consent applies only to the processing purposes described at the point of collection and in this Notice. Materially different secondary uses may require additional notice or consent.
09Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent to future sensitive-data processing by using available privacy or questionnaire controls or contacting info@realmatchforme.com. Withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing retroactively unlawful.
After withdrawal, RealMatchForMe will stop the consent-dependent processing within the period required by applicable law, subject to limited retention that remains necessary or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, compliance, or other lawful purposes.
If a match score or recommendation depends on an answer you delete or withdraw, the score or recommendation may change or become unavailable.
10Precise Geolocation
RealMatchForMe should not collect continuous precise GPS location merely for ordinary website access. If a location-based matching feature requests precise geolocation, the website should explain the purpose and request any consent required by law before the feature is activated.
Users should have a reasonable ability to disable a location-based feature. General city, region, or approximate distance may be used instead where the feature can operate without precise location.
11Biometric Information
RealMatchForMe does not intend to collect biometric identifiers as part of the ordinary personality questionnaire. If the company later introduces facial geometry, voiceprint, fingerprint, iris/retina, or another legally regulated biometric identity feature, the company must implement a separate biometric privacy and consent program before collection.
For Illinois residents, a biometric feature may trigger the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and should not be launched without a written retention/destruction policy, required disclosures and releases, vendor review, and specific legal approval.
12Health and Intimate Information
RealMatchForMe is not a healthcare provider and users should not upload medical records, therapy records, genetic-test reports, prescription records, or detailed diagnoses unless a specific feature lawfully requests such information and clearly explains its purpose.
If RealMatchForMe later develops a feature involving consumer health data, additional state consumer-health privacy notices and consents may be required.
13Data Retention
Sensitive data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose, an active feature, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or another lawful basis.
When no longer reasonably necessary, sensitive data should be deleted, securely destroyed, aggregated, or de-identified as appropriate and consistent with applicable law and backup cycles.
14Security
RealMatchForMe will maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. Access should be limited to personnel and service providers with a legitimate need for it.
No information system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Users should protect account credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
15Privacy Rights
Depending on your state and the applicability of particular privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, limit, or withdraw consent for personal or sensitive data; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and appeal certain privacy decisions.
RealMatchForMe’s Privacy Policy explains how to submit a privacy request. Mandatory rights will not be eliminated by this consent notice.
16Sensitive Data Consent — Suggested Website Language
PRIMARY CONSENT CHECKBOX: “I voluntarily consent to RealMatchForMe processing the sensitive or highly personal information I choose to provide in the Personality & Compatibility Assessment for the purpose of providing the matching and compatibility features I request, as described in the Sensitive Data Consent Notice. I understand that optional sensitive questions may be skipped and that I may withdraw consent for future processing.”

BIOMETRIC CONSENT — DO NOT USE A GENERIC CHECKBOX. If a biometric identity feature is developed, create a separate biometric notice and written release appropriate to the actual technology and applicable state law before launch.
